Master Plumber

Dave's World is seeking a Master Plumber to support high-efficiency heat pump and HVAC installations for residential and light commercial customers. In this role, you'll design, install, and service plumbing and condensate systems that integrate with Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps, ensuring code compliance, reliability, and top-notch workmanship. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, mentor junior technicians, and coordinate with HVAC installers. Responsibilities

• Design, install, and service plumbing and condensate systems for heat pump and HVAC projects
• Ensure all plumbing work meets Maine plumbing codes and safety standards
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and light commercial settings
• Collaborate with HVAC installers to integrate plumbing with heat pump systems
• Mentor and support junior plumbers and technicians on best practices
• Interpret blueprints, specs, and job plans to plan materials and layouts
• Maintain accurate documentation of work, materials, and code compliance
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work performed and options
