Journeyman Plumber

Sullivan Super Service is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to perform residential plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in the Louisville area. You'll troubleshoot and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drains while delivering honest, customer-focused service. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, following codes, completing accurate documentation, and mentoring apprentices. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping to code.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, low pressure, and other plumbing issues in occupied homes.
• Install and service water heaters and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to plan jobs correctly.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate job records, invoices, and documentation for each service call.
• Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings, options, and recommendations.
• Support and mentor apprentices, sharing best practices and safety standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet schedules and customer expectations.
