Drain Technician

Boston Standard / New England Ductless is seeking a Drain Technician to diagnose and clear residential and light commercial drain and sewer issues across Greater Boston. You'll perform drain cleaning, camera inspections, and minor plumbing repairs while explaining findings and options to customers. Work alongside skilled HVAC and plumbing pros in a hands-on, customer-first culture that values craftsmanship, reliability, and respect. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear residential and light commercial drain and sewer blockages
• Perform cable, auger, and jetter cleaning and basic plumbing repairs
• Conduct sewer and drain camera inspections and document findings
• Explain issues, repair options, and pricing clearly to customers
• Operate and maintain drain cleaning tools and equipment safely
• Complete work orders and documentation using mobile apps
• Follow company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams on related service calls
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
• Provide respectful, professional in home customer service across Greater Boston
