Residential Service Plumber

Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric seeks a Residential Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems. You'll perform service calls, troubleshoot leaks and clogs, repair and replace fixtures and water heaters, and ensure code-compliant work. Collaborate with dispatch and technicians, keep accurate records, and communicate clearly with homeowners. Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled residential plumbing service calls and emergencies
• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
• Install and replace faucets, toilets, water heaters, and related equipment
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and pricing
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedule
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe condition
• Follow all safety policies and use proper PPE in customers' homes
