Store Manager
DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and team performance in a high-volume retail environment. Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring sales, service, and merchandising standards are met
- Drive sales performance through KPIs, goal setting, and action plans
- Recruit, train, schedule, and coach associates and department leaders
- Model outstanding customer service aligned with a sports-focused, inclusive culture
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and product presentation
- Maintain shrink control, safety, and loss prevention standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail regulations
- Partner with district leadership on community events and local marketing initiatives
- Analyze sales reports to optimize staffing, merchandising, and pricing decisions
