Responsibilities

• Prepare Subway sandwiches and menu items to brand and recipe standards
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide fast, friendly service
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and temperature-control procedures
• Operate POS system, handle cash, and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized prep line, dining area, and back-of-house
• Restock ingredients, paper goods, and supplies during shifts
• Support teammates to meet speed-of-service and hospitality goals
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at the travel center
