Store Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-Time Store Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service in our retail paint and coatings store. In this role, you'll greet and assist DIY and professional customers, recommend products, and support color and coating selections. You will operate the POS, handle cash, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store. Working in a collaborative, performance-driven environment, you'll receive training on our products, safety practices, and sales skills, with opportunities to grow into broader sales or operations roles across Sherwin-Williams' locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service in the store.
• Recommend paints, coatings, and related products based on customer needs.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with color matching and tinting using store systems and tools.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support order processing, including phone orders and pickup coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales and service goals.
