Pro Services Paint Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Pro Services Paint Specialist to support professional contractors with expert product recommendations, color matching, and jobsite solutions. In this role, you'll provide technical guidance on surface prep, application methods, and coating systems, while coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery. You'll collaborate with sales and store teams, conduct product demos and training, and help resolve field issues. Responsibilities

• Advise professional customers on paint, coatings, and related products for commercial and industrial applications
• Provide technical guidance on surface preparation and application methods
• Perform color matching and tinting to meet project specifications
• Coordinate orders, inventory, and deliveries for contractor and pro accounts
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions
• Troubleshoot product and application issues on jobsites
• Collaborate with sales and store teams to support revenue and customer retention goals
• Ensure all activities follow Sherwin-Williams safety standards and procedures
• Maintain accurate customer and project records in company systems
