As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you'll create a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for every guest. In this customer-facing role, you'll carefully bag groceries, assist guests to their vehicles, and retrieve carts to keep the parking lot safe and organized. You'll support cashiers, maintain clean and well-stocked front-end areas, and follow basic safety and food-handling guidelines. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt assistance.
• Carefully bag groceries to protect and organize customers' purchases.
• Escort customers to their vehicles and assist with loading groceries as needed.
• Retrieve and organize shopping carts from the parking lot to maintain safety and accessibility.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-end, entrances, and restrooms as assigned.
• Support cashiers with bagging, price checks, and carry-outs during busy times.
• Follow basic food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist customers in locating products or directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow direction from supervisors.
