This role involves custom color mixing, advising retail customers, and maintaining a deep understanding of color theory and trends. The ideal candidate will contribute to store sales by providing exceptional color matching services and product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely mix and match paint colors according to customer specifications
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
• Maintain an organized and clean tinting area compliant with safety regulations
• Operate tinting machines and colorant dispensers
• Manage paint inventory and supplies
• Stay updated with trends in color and new products in the industry
• Assist in other areas of the store when required
