Wendy's Team Member

Pilot Flying J is hiring a Wendy's Team Member for our busy travel center. In this fast-paced role, you'll prepare and serve Wendy's menu items, operate the register, and keep the restaurant area clean and stocked. You'll follow food safety and company policies while delivering friendly, accurate service to drivers and travelers. Working in a team-focused, people-first culture, you'll receive training, opportunities to grow across the travel center and transportation network, and the chance to make a positive impact on every guest's experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Wendy's menu items to brand standards
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions securely
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures
• Restock supplies and product to meet guest demand
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced setting
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Provide friendly, efficient service to travelers and professional drivers
• Support opening, closing, and shift change procedures as needed
