Bakery Manager

As a Bakery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market, you'll lead daily bakery operations in a fast-paced, health-focused grocery environment. Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery operations, ensuring product quality, freshness, and food safety compliance
• Plan production, manage inventory, and minimize shrink while meeting sales goals
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach bakery team members to deliver excellent service
• Merchandise and price bakery items to align with Sprouts' brand and seasonal promotions
• Monitor performance metrics, manage labor and supply costs, and meet profitability targets
• Partner with store and department leaders to support community, sampling, and wellness events
• Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment that meets all safety standards
