Produce Manager

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Manager to lead daily operations in our Retail Operations department. In this role, you'll ensure vibrant, well-stocked produce displays, manage ordering and inventory, and uphold high standards for freshness, quality, and food safety. You'll train and schedule team members, deliver outstanding customer service, and help customers make healthy choices. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the produce department, ensuring fresh, well-stocked displays that meet Sprouts standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and shrink to support sales, margins, and minimal waste.
• Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and rotation practices for all produce items.
• Train, schedule, and coach team members to deliver knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Engage customers, answer questions about fresh and organic produce, and support healthy-living choices.
• Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, merchandising plans, and seasonal resets.
• Monitor department KPIs, address issues quickly, and continuously improve processes.
• Foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with Sprouts' values and community focus.
