Store Warehouse Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Warehouse Specialist to support our manufacturing-focused retail operations by safely handling and organizing paint and coating products. In this role, you will receive, inspect and stock shipments, pick and stage orders, and maintain accurate inventory to keep our store running smoothly. You'll operate material-handling equipment, follow strict safety and hazmat standards, and work closely with store teams to meet customer needs. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and stock incoming paint and supply shipments
• Pick, pack and stage orders for store and customer fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts and system updates
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
• Follow all safety, hazmat and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate with store staff on product availability and order status
• Assist with cycle counts, audits and loss prevention activities
• Prepare shipments, labels and documentation for outbound orders
