Branch Specialist Color Blender

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Branch Specialist Color Blender to support daily branch operations and deliver precise color solutions for customers. In this on-site role, you will custom-tint and blend paints and coatings, interpret color specifications, and ensure strict quality and safety standards. You'll manage inventory, prepare orders for pickup or delivery, and assist with store merchandising. Working closely with sales and operations teams, you'll provide technical product guidance, troubleshoot color issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused branch environment with room to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Custom-tint and blend paints and coatings to precise color specifications
• Operate and maintain color matching and tinting equipment
• Verify product quality, color accuracy, and batch consistency
• Support branch operations including order processing and merchandising
• Manage inventory levels and assist with shipping/receiving of materials
• Provide technical product and color guidance to customers and branch staff
