Window Install Tech

Renuity is seeking a skilled Window Install Tech to perform high-quality residential window installations and replacements. In this role, you'll remove old units, prepare openings, accurately measure, set, level, and seal new windows, and ensure a clean, safe jobsite. You'll work in customers' homes, following building codes and safety standards while representing a customer-focused, performance-driven brand. Collaborate with teammates, resolve on-site issues, and communicate professionally with homeowners to deliver an exceptional remodeling experience and long-lasting results.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential windows according to manufacturer specifications and building codes
• Remove existing windows and prepare openings, including minor carpentry and framing adjustments
• Measure, level, shim, and secure windows for proper fit, operation, and weatherproofing
• Apply insulation, flashing, caulking, and sealants to ensure energy efficiency and water tightness
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Inspect completed work, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Communicate professionally with homeowners about project scope, timeline, and care of new windows
• Collaborate with crew members, project managers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Protect customer property with drop cloths and proper handling of materials and tools
• Document work performed, including photos and basic paperwork or mobile app updates
