Store Schematics Coordinator

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to develop, update, and maintain in-store layout and planograms across our retail locations. In this role, you'll translate merchandising strategies into accurate store schematics that maximize space, support promotions, and enhance the shopping experience. You'll partner closely with merchandising, operations, and store leaders to implement resets and new layouts, ensure data accuracy, and align with brand standards. Ideal candidates bring strong retail, space-planning, and technical drawing skills plus a passion for natural, healthy living.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain store schematics and planograms for multiple Sprouts locations.
• Translate merchandising strategies into accurate, space-efficient layouts that support promotions and everyday assortments.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and store leadership on resets, remodels, and new store openings.
• Analyze performance and space data to recommend layout improvements and category adjacencies.
• Ensure accuracy and version control of floor plans, fixture inventories, and planogram files.
• Prepare and distribute schematic documentation, instructions, and visual guides for store teams.
• Support project timelines, track progress, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain brand, safety, and compliance standards within all store layouts.
