Bulk Clerk

As a Bulk Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you'll ensure our bulk department is clean, organized, and fully stocked with fresh, natural, and organic products. You'll assist customers with product selection, weighing, labeling, and pricing items accurately while following food safety and rotation standards. Working closely with the Retail Operations team, you'll maintain attractive displays, support inventory counts, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects our commitment to healthy living, teamwork, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bulk foods department
• Assist customers with product selection, weighing, and bagging items
• Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and signage for all bulk items
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and product rotation (FIFO) standards
• Monitor product freshness and report or remove out-of-date items
• Support inventory counts and help track stock levels
• Merchandise and face bulk bins to create attractive displays
• Operate scales and assist with basic point-of-sale needs as required
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service aligned with Sprouts' healthy living values
