Spray Equipment Repairer

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Spray Equipment Repairer to join our Technical & Maintenance team in the Construction industry. This role diagnoses, repairs, and maintains spray equipment used in professional coating applications. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and keep detailed service records. Partner with internal teams and customers to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance in a culture that values diversity, innovation, growth, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair spray equipment used in construction and coatings applications
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on spray pumps, guns, and related systems
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and work orders
• Advise internal teams and customers on proper operation and care of spray equipment
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with Sherwin-Williams standards
• Support inventory of repair parts and tools in the Technical & Maintenance department
