Delivery Driver / Store Associate

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Delivery Driver / Store Associate to support our manufacturing-focused customers. In this role, you will safely load, transport, and unload paint and coating products to local job sites and customer locations while providing friendly, professional service. In-store, you'll assist with customer orders, tint and mix product, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. You'll follow safety and DOT guidelines, use basic computer and POS systems, and work collaboratively with teammates. Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload paint and coating products to local customers and job sites
• Inspect vehicle and follow company and DOT safety procedures before and after routes
• Verify, stage, and deliver accurate orders, collecting signatures and necessary documentation
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions
• Assist with tinting, mixing, and labeling paint orders to customer specifications
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and basic transactions
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory to maintain accurate store levels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store, warehouse, and loading area
• Communicate delivery status, issues, and customer feedback to the store team
• Participate in Sherwin-Williams training and follow all safety and compliance guidelines
