Field Marketer

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, seeks a Field Marketer to generate qualified leads for bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. In this on-site role, you'll represent Renuity at neighborhoods, events, and retail locations, engaging homeowners, presenting service options, and scheduling in-home consultations. You'll execute territory plans, meet daily/weekly lead and appointment goals, and accurately enter data into CRM systems. Ideal candidates have construction or home improvement exposure, strong people skills, and thrive in a performance-driven, customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for remodeling projects through neighborhood and event-based outreach
• Engage homeowners, explain Renuity's remodeling solutions, and schedule in-home consultations
• Represent Renuity at local events, retail locations, and targeted field areas
• Execute territory and daily activity plans to meet lead and appointment goals
• Accurately capture and enter lead data into CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence aligned with Renuity's brand
• Continuously learn Renuity's product offerings and value propositions to improve conversions
