Multi-Location Retail Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Retail Customer Service Specialist to support multiple store locations, delivering exceptional service to professional, industrial and retail customers. You'll greet and assist customers, recommend paint, coatings and related products, process orders and payments, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised. You will coordinate with store teams on inventory, tint and mix products, and support small deliveries or will-call orders. Responsibilities

• Provide in-store customer service to professional, industrial and retail customers across multiple locations
• Advise customers on paints, coatings and related products based on project needs
• Process sales transactions, returns and will-call orders accurately
• Tint, mix and prepare paint orders according to specifications
• Maintain stocked, organized and merchandised sales floor and tint area
• Coordinate with store teams on inventory levels and product availability
• Support small deliveries or staging of customer orders for pickup
• Follow all safety, store and cash-handling procedures
• Participate in training on products, systems and customer service standards
• Support cross-location coverage and assist where business needs are highest
