Field Marketer

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is seeking a Field Marketer to drive qualified leads for bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. In this on-site role, you will engage homeowners at their properties, community events, and retail or partner locations to promote Renuity's solutions and schedule in-home consultations. You'll represent a customer-focused, performance-driven brand, working closely with sales and operations teams. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and goal-oriented, with experience in field marketing, canvassing, or construction-related home services.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and local outreach
• Engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and community gatherings to promote Renuity services
• Educate prospects on bath, window, door, and other remodeling solutions
• Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Accurately capture and enter prospect information into CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize territory and event plans
• Represent Renuity's brand and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service
• Provide feedback from the field on homeowner needs, objections, and market trends
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols while working in residential neighborhoods.
