Spray Equipment Repairer Lead

Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the paint and coatings industry, is seeking an experienced Spray Equipment Repairer Lead to join our Retail Operations team. This technical role requires expertise in maintaining and repairing various types of spray equipment used in paint applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen understanding of mechanical systems and be adept at troubleshooting and leading a team of repair technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spray equipment repair team.
• Diagnose and repair faults in spray paint equipment and related machinery.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and train team members on equipment maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Keep records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory levels of spare parts.
• Collaborate with the retail and technical departments to understand equipment needs and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
