Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Driver for our Transportation & Logistics team in the paints, coatings and surface treatments industry. In this role, you will safely load, transport, and deliver paint and related products to commercial and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will verify orders, handle basic product inquiries, process paperwork, and collect payments as needed. When not on the road, you'll assist in the store with stocking, tinting support, and order preparation, contributing to a culture of diversity, inclusion, growth, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicle to deliver paints, coatings, and related products to customers on scheduled routes
- Load, secure, and unload products, ensuring accuracy against delivery documents
- Provide courteous, professional customer service at each stop, addressing basic product and order questions
- Obtain signatures, process delivery paperwork, and collect payments as required
- Inspect vehicle daily and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT and company safety policies, including safe lifting and handling procedures
- Assist in-store with order picking, tint room support, and staging deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and warehouse/dock areas
- Communicate delivery status, delays, or issues to supervisor and store team
- Support inventory control through accurate counts and returns processing
