Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver Associate to support our Transportation & Logistics team in the paints, coatings, and surface treatments industry. In this role, you will safely load, transport, and unload paint and related products to commercial, industrial, and retail customers, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and exceptional customer service. You will verify orders, maintain delivery logs, and uphold all safety and DOT guidelines while operating company vehicles. Working within a culture of diversity, inclusion, growth, innovation, and collaboration, you will partner closely with store and warehouse teams, assist with basic material handling, and represent Sherwin-Williams professionally at every customer site.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport paints, coatings, and related products to customer locations.
  • Load, secure, and unload products following company, DOT, and safety guidelines.
  • Verify orders against invoices or manifests, ensuring accurate and complete deliveries.
  • Obtain required signatures and maintain detailed, accurate delivery logs and documentation.
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service at delivery sites and address basic customer inquiries.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after routes, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies, including proper handling of materials.
  • Assist warehouse or store teams with staging orders, inventory moves, and basic material handling as needed.
  • Communicate delivery status, delays, or issues to dispatch, supervisors, and store staff.
  • Represent Sherwin-Williams' values of safety, reliability, and collaboration in all customer and team interactions.
