Spray Equipment Repair Tech

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Spray Equipment Repair Tech to maintain, troubleshoot and repair spray and finishing equipment used in manufacturing and industrial applications. You'll perform diagnostics, mechanical and basic electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment setup while following strict safety and quality standards. Working closely with store and manufacturing teams, you'll support customers with on-site service, training on proper equipment use, and recommendations to optimize performance. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair spray and finishing equipment used in manufacturing and industrial applications
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic and basic electrical components
• Install, set up and test spray equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage and maintenance logs
• Provide on-site technical support and basic training to internal teams and customers
• Follow all Sherwin-Williams and OSHA safety procedures and standards
• Collaborate with stores and manufacturing teams to prioritize and schedule service work
• Recommend parts, upgrades and process improvements to improve equipment performance
