CDL Bus Driver

Transdev is seeking a safety-focused CDL Bus Driver to provide reliable transportation for our community. In this role, you'll operate buses along scheduled routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and follow all DOT and company safety standards. You will deliver professional, friendly service, assist passengers, collect fares, and communicate with dispatch. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL bus along assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and Transdev safety standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects or maintenance needs
• Provide courteous, professional customer service, assisting passengers with questions and boarding as needed
• Collect fares or verify passes, ensuring adherence to fare policies and applicable regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors regarding delays, incidents, or route changes
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation as required by company and regulatory agencies
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and onboard issues, following safety and emergency procedures
• Support a clean, orderly bus environment, including basic interior cleanliness and monitoring passenger conduct
• Participate in required safety meetings, training, and ongoing certification or recertification programs
• Promote Transdev's culture of safety, reliability, and community-focused service on every route
