Measure Technician

Renuity is seeking a detail-oriented Measure Technician to perform precise in-home measurements for bathroom, window, door, and other remodeling projects. You'll visit customer homes, verify job site conditions, confirm product specifications, and document accurate measurements to ensure seamless installation. Work closely with sales, operations, and install teams to prevent errors, reduce rework, and deliver an exceptional homeowner experience. Ideal candidates have construction or remodeling experience, strong math and measurement skills, professionalism in customer homes, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate in-home measurements for bath, window, door, and other remodeling projects
• Verify job site conditions and identify potential installation challenges
• Confirm product specifications and compatibility with site conditions
• Document measurements and site notes in company systems or mobile apps
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams to finalize project details
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain measurement process
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and company protocols
• Help reduce errors, material waste, and installation rework through precision
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working order
• Travel daily to customer homes within assigned territory
