Non CDL Paratransit Operator

Transdev is hiring a Non CDL Paratransit Operator to provide safe, reliable transportation for riders with disabilities and mobility needs. In this role, you will operate paratransit vehicles, assist passengers with boarding, securing mobility devices, and provide courteous customer service on scheduled and on-demand trips. You'll complete pre- and post-trip inspections, follow manifests and routes, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time, ADA-compliant service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate paratransit vehicles to transport passengers with disabilities or limited mobility on scheduled and on-demand routes
• Assist passengers with boarding, securing mobility devices, and exiting vehicles while following ADA and company safety procedures
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Follow assigned manifests, schedules, and routes while maintaining on-time performance and accurate trip documentation
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and passengers
• Adhere to all traffic laws, Transdev safety policies, and local transit regulations at all times
• Respond calmly and appropriately to unexpected situations, delays, or incidents while ensuring rider safety and comfort
