Field Marketer

Renuity seeks a Field Marketer to represent our home remodeling brands in local markets. In this on-site role, you'll promote bath, window, door, and other renovation services at events, retail locations, and in neighborhoods. Responsibilities include engaging homeowners, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. You'll support local campaigns, set up event displays, track results, and uphold Renuity's customer-focused, performance-driven standards while helping drive growth in your territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Renuity's remodeling services at local events, retail locations, and in neighborhoods
• Engage and educate homeowners on bath, window, door, and other renovation solutions
• Qualify prospects and generate high-quality leads for the sales team
• Schedule in-home consultations and accurately capture customer information
• Set up, maintain, and break down event and booth displays
• Execute local field marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards
• Track leads, appointments, and performance metrics in CRM or tracking tools
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize territory performance
• Represent Renuity's customer-centric, professional brand image in the field
• Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies and messaging
