Canvass Manager

Renuity is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead neighborhood outreach for our home remodeling services, including bath, window, and door projects. You will recruit, train, and coach a team of canvassers, plan daily turf and schedules, and ensure high-quality homeowner interactions that generate qualified leads for sales. The role includes tracking KPIs, reporting results, and optimizing scripts and approaches to hit performance goals. You'll collaborate closely with sales and operations, uphold Renuity's professional, customer-focused standards, and support a positive, accountable team culture in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of field canvassers for home remodeling services
• Recruit, hire, and train canvassers on scripts and homeowner engagement
• Plan daily routes, territories, and schedules for maximum coverage
• Monitor performance metrics and report on leads, appointments, and conversions
• Coach team members to improve lead quality and professionalism
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align canvassing with campaign goals
