Senior Construction Project Manager, CES

Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager for our Construction Enhancement Solutions (CES) division. This key position will oversee large-scale construction projects that integrate sustainable and innovative energy technologies. As a part of our dedicated team, you'll manage projects that focus on enhancing energy efficiency and incorporate cutting-edge renewable solutions, directly contributing to smarter, greener building practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in energy-efficient constructions and renovations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure that all projects adhere to legal stipulations, environmental laws, and safety norms.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
• Supervise onsite construction teams, ensuring compliance with construction specifications and safety standards.
• Regularly report project status to senior management and external stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation in project processes by integrating sustainable building practices and the latest in energy-efficient technologies.
