Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor trailer safely on regional and long haul routes
• Deliver freight on time while following all DOT and company safety regulations
• Conduct thorough pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections
• Secure loads as required and verify freight against bills of lading
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required driving documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations team
• Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Follow route plans while adapting to traffic, weather, and road conditions
• Represent Trans
• Land professionally with customers and the motoring public
• Support a driver first, safety focused, family oriented company culture
