Local CDL A Truck Driver

Join TransLand as a Local CDL A Truck Driver in our Transportation & Logistics team. Haul freight on safe, regional day routes with daily home time. Operate late model, well maintained tractors and trailers while following all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards. Perform pre/post trip inspections, secure and verify loads, and ensure on time, accurate deliveries to customers across the local area. Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, complete required logs and ELD documentation, and represent TransLand's driver first, family oriented culture with professionalism, reliability, and respect on every trip.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor trailer on local and regional routes
• Perform accurate pre and post trip inspections
• Ensure on time pickup and delivery of freight
• Secure, verify, and protect cargo in compliance with regulations
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers
• Report equipment issues promptly for maintenance
• Represent Trans
