CDL-A Truck Driver

TransLand is seeking professional CDL-A Truck Drivers for our dry van fleet. You'll run primarily regional routes with some long-haul freight across the central and southern U.S., hauling no-touch and live-load dry van freight. Operate late-model, well-maintained equipment with a strong focus on safety and on-time delivery. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A dry van tractor-trailers on regional and occasional long-haul routes
• Pick up, transport, and deliver freight on time while following all DOT and company safety regulations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and required documentation using ELD and company systems
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and shop staff to coordinate loads and resolve issues
• Secure loads properly and verify freight counts, seals, and paperwork at each stop
• Follow company policies, route plans, and fuel/route optimization guidelines to maximize efficiency
• Provide professional, courteous service and represent Trans
