Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A dry van tractor-trailers on regional and long-haul routes across the central and southern U.

• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and complete pre/post-trip inspections.
• Secure, load, and unload freight while protecting product integrity and meeting on-time delivery standards.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations using in-cab and mobile systems.
• Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and required documentation for hours-of-service and deliveries.
• Care for assigned equipment, reporting maintenance needs and ensuring trucks and trailers remain clean and roadworthy.
• Adapt to varying schedules, weather, and traffic conditions while maintaining safe driving practices.
• Represent Transland's driver-first, customer-focused culture in all interactions on the road and at customer sites.
