Event Security Officer

As an Event Security Officer with BEST Crowd Management, you'll help create safe, enjoyable experiences at stadiums, arenas, and major events. You will control access points, screen guests, monitor crowds, enforce venue policies, and respond calmly to incidents following established procedures. Working as part of a professional, well-trained team, you'll provide clear directions and excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence. This role offers hands-on training, flexible event-based schedules, and growth opportunities within the GardaWorld organization.

Responsibilities

• Control access points and check credentials for guests, staff, and vendors
• Conduct bag checks and screenings in line with venue policies
• Monitor crowds for safety issues, disturbances, or prohibited behavior
• Provide directions and courteous assistance to guests and VIPs
• Respond to incidents and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
• Document and report security or safety incidents accurately
• Follow all post orders, emergency procedures, and radio protocols
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and venue management
