Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailers for regional and long-haul flatbed freight
• Secure and tarp flatbed loads according to company and DOT standards
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required documentation
• Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and manage hours-of-service
• Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate required maintenance
• Protect freight integrity and ensure proper weight distribution
• Represent the company with professionalism and a driver-first mindset in all interactions
