Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer for regional and long-haul routes
• Ensure safe, compliant operation in accordance with DOT and company policies
• Deliver freight on time while protecting cargo integrity
• Complete required logs, ELD entries, and trip documentation accurately
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations team
• Maintain professional, courteous conduct with customers and the public
• Follow route plans while adapting safely to road and weather conditions
• Adhere to all safety programs and participate in ongoing training
• Protect company equipment and represent Trans
