Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer hauling flatbed freight on dedicated regional and OTR routes
• Secure, tarp, and protect flatbed loads according to company and DOT standards
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, including hours-of-service and safety rules
• Accurately use electronic logging devices and complete required trip documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to support on-time delivery
• Follow company safety policies and participate in ongoing safety meetings and training
• Manage time and routes to meet delivery schedules while prioritizing safety over speed
