Construction Project Manager, CES

Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager, CES (Construction Energy Solutions), to lead construction projects within the energy sector. This role is pivotal in managing projects that enhance our infrastructure and implement new energy-efficient solutions. As a Construction Project Manager at Constellation, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. The ideal candidate will guide projects focusing on new construction and retrofitting of existing infrastructure to support energy sustainability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and schedule.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure all project operations are compliant with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Interface with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.
