Dedicated Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor trailer on dedicated flatbed routes
• Secure and tarp flatbed loads according to safety standards
• Perform thorough pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation
• Deliver freight safely and on time to customer locations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report maintenance issues promptly for resolution
• Follow defensive driving practices in varied weather and traffic
• Represent Contrans Flatbed USA with professional conduct on the road
