VP Site of Care Strategy and Operations

Lundbeck seeks a VP Site of Care Strategy and Operations to lead U.S. access strategies for neuroscience therapies across infusion centers, hospitals, and clinics. This leader will design and execute site-of-care models, optimize patient access, and partner with Market Access, HEOR, Field Teams, and R&D. Responsibilities include building frameworks for new product launches, overseeing operational performance, aligning with payer and provider needs, and ensuring compliance. The VP will lead a cross-functional team, drive insights from data, and shape long-term strategy to support Lundbeck's mission in brain health.
