Event Supervisor

As an Event Supervisor with BEST Crowd Management, you lead on-site teams delivering safe, smooth, and memorable experiences at stadiums, arenas, and major venues. You will coordinate crowd management, access control, and guest services, ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed. This role balances hands-on supervision, incident response, and customer service, working closely with venue partners and BEST leadership. You'll operate in a professional, training-focused culture with clear protocols and opportunities to grow in event and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise event security and guest services teams at venues and large events
• Ensure safety, security, and crowd management procedures are followed
• Coordinate staffing assignments, breaks, and post coverage during events
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for clients, venue staff, and leadership
• Support incident response, documentation, and reporting as required
• Provide coaching, direction, and on-the-job training to event staff
• Monitor crowd flow, access control, and entry screening operations
• Deliver high-level customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
