CDL A Truck Driver

TransLand is seeking professional CDL A flatbed truck drivers to haul regional and long haul freight across the central and southern U.S. As a driver first, family oriented carrier, we offer steady freight, competitive pay, and modern, well maintained equipment. In this role, you'll safely operate a tractor trailer, secure and tarp flatbed loads, perform thorough inspections, and ensure on time, professional deliveries. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer with flatbed across regional and long-haul routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and electronic records per FMCSA regulations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and operations for routing, scheduling, and updates
• Deliver freight on time while providing professional, courteous service to customers
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety and compliance policies
• Care for and properly use assigned modern equipment and technology
• Assist with load checks, route planning, and problem resolution on the road
