Parts Delivery Clerk

ConGlobal is hiring a Parts Delivery Clerk to support our intermodal and terminal operations. In this on-site role, you will pick, stage, and deliver parts and materials to shop and yard teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe distribution. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, updating basic computer and inventory systems, loading and unloading materials, and performing visual equipment checks. You'll work closely with operations and maintenance teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and deliver parts and materials to shop, yard, and terminal teams
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update inventory systems as parts are issued or received
• Load and unload parts and materials safely using proper material-handling techniques and equipment
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation for inbound and outbound deliveries
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections prior to use and report any issues
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive deliveries
• Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring parts are labeled, stocked, and easily accessible
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and terminal operating procedures
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling, documentation, and staging
• Support continuous improvement efforts in parts flow, accuracy, and service to internal customers
