Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team. In this field-based role, you will execute planograms, set and reset shelves, and ensure products are well-stocked, accurately priced, and visually appealing. You'll partner with store personnel to implement promotions, collect basic data, and resolve on-shelf availability issues. Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and modular resets according to client standards
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability
• Install signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Verify pricing, labels, and product placement accuracy
• Communicate with store management on priorities and issues
• Document work completed using mobile apps or reporting tools
• Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and backroom
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe merchandising areas
• Follow company and retailer policies and safety procedures
• Provide timely feedback on store conditions and opportunities
