Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor trailer for regional and long haul freight
• Perform pre trip, en route, and post trip inspections on equipment
• Ensure on time, damage free pickup and delivery of freight
• Comply with FMCSA regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required documentation
• Plan routes, manage hours of service, and adjust to road/weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations team
• Secure loads properly and verify bills of lading and shipment details
• Report equipment issues promptly for maintenance and repair
• Represent Transland professionally with customers and on the road
