FW Maintenance Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and grounds maintenance across residential and community-based sites
• Complete preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on facilities and equipment

• Coordinate with care teams and vendors to schedule and complete maintenance tasks
• Document all maintenance activities, materials used, and outcomes accurately
